Order Processing

Books are processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days. This allows time for careful handling and signing before shipment.

Apparel and select merchandise are made to order and may require additional processing time before shipping.

Processing times may be longer during high volume periods, product launches, or holidays.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Gingertray is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


Separate Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times.

  • Apparel and select merchandise are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.


International Shipping

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.


Digital Products

Digital products, including video content, are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. No physical item will be sent.


Incorrect Address or Lost Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Gingertray is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, you may contact us and we will do our best to help.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at traytheginger@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
