Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Books are signed and considered personalized items and are not eligible for return or refund.

Apparel is made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged for incorrect size or change of mind.

Stickers and digital products are also final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at traytheginger@gmail.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Shipping Issues
Gingertray is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. You may also reach out and we will do our best to assist.
International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
