When will my order ship?

Books are processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days. Apparel is made to order and may take additional time before shipping.

Will my items arrive together?

Orders with multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times. Books ship directly from Gingertray, while apparel is fulfilled by our production partner.

Are the books signed?

Yes, all books purchased through our website are signed by Tray and Willow before shipping.

What if I order the wrong size?

Apparel is made to order and cannot be exchanged for sizing. Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, sizing up is recommended.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All items are final sale. Because books are signed and apparel is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at traytheginger@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available for additional products, it will be reflected at checkout.
